blondboinsd, don't get upset with JonK, as I often wonder what the avatars mean to each person. Mine is simple, it's my car. I am always impressed with some of the more unuaual ones.

My avatar just makes my day feel right. This is the closest I"ll get to a girl this fine:rofl:

Your timing is impeccable, Jon. I just changed my avatar this morning. To me, an avatar is like a piece of clothing. It's whatever I decide to wear. My selection of avatars is mostly pictures that I've collected while in the process of cataloging my music. Ever since I changed from a B&W screen iPod to a color iPod, I've been attaching album covers to my songs, so I've amassed a bunch of music photos. So as a result, my avatar selection typically reflects whatever the genre of music I've been listening to lately and my favorite musician within that genre.

So there. That's my story. And by the way, your question was perfectly legitimate.

You are one angry young man. What's up with that. Last I checked, no one was making remarks about your threads being stupid. You need to treat other people the way you want to be treated.

Mine is simple Jon. Red head shaking her ass! I think some avatars do need explaining. By the way Kev, what's with the flames?

Perfectly legitimate question.

As for my avatar: I'm a huge fan of Bloom County, and Opus the Penguin in particular. He's my alter ego, and my hero. :D

My signature is where Opus is reportedly living -- somewhere in Bloom County, of course. :)

Hey, show some respect... wtf is with the attitude? It was an innocent question... so maybe English isn't jon's first language and YOU are having trouble understanding his point, there's no reason to call him an idiot because YOU are having trouble understanding him.

 Weren't you the one who was posting about joining a march for respect of your lifestyle? Why is it that you show so little respect yet demand it from others?

Hey JonK,
Good Thread Question...
Mine was cooked up by UCrew, way back when I first waddled over here from detention at RF and arm wrestling at b'fest.

I had no clue then, how to do an avatar, so J did one for me.

I like the mD part and the graphic is sorta "gearheadish" or maybe an
"ok" sign.

Putting up different ones crosses my mind, but I just never get to it.

It's easier on the eyes than a pic of this ol'mug! :

Mine typically have been seasonal and representative of the sports teams that I follow. Currently it's the English "D". Go Tigers!!

OT: BlondBoi,
You ought to try and sit back, chill and get off the reactionary
responses you have going.

This board is the most "get along", accommodating, "open"
car/general board I have seen on the web.

I think my avatar is pretty honest in and of itself... :)

I also think this is a cool thread since it has never been brought up before, not to mention I can't seem to find a way for peeps to put a political spin on it
