Microsoft opens window for Vista

SEATTLE — Microsoft Corp. said Wednesday it has completed work on its long-delayed Windows Vista operating system and plans to release it to consumers Jan. 30.

The announcement means Microsoft is on track to meet its revised release schedule.

Jim Allchin, co-president of the Microsoft division that includes Windows, said in a conference call that Windows Vista's code was released to begin manufacturing copies early Wednesday.

So what do all you computer experts think?

By using the word Vista does that mean we get a better view out of our Windows???:confused:

I'm looking for something in all of this but nothing comes to mind and Vista may be something but we won't know until we get it, or we may not and then nothing will have been achieved!:nanana:
