I agree there will always be conspiracy nuts but never put anything past any government, the power of money and the influence of oil/trade.

Keep an open mind to what is out there. There are enough discrepencies to allow for some questions about what went down.

I do not know any government (democratic or not) who is telling everything about everything but from that to conclude that there have been a conspiracy on 9/11 is pusching the enveloppe much too far IMO

Two Facts:
1. No way in hell the US gov't was in on this - ludicrous.
2. The gov't never tells us everything they know - they simply can't if they are to do their jobs well.

Agreed, that is WHY people will ALWAYS feel that they are being lied to and there is more to the story, anybody can convince themselves they have something or something happened

Some facts about William Rodriguez:

1) He was the head custodian in the WTC complex and had worked there for 20+ years.

2) He saved dozens of people and went back into the building several times to save more. He was the last person to leave building #2 before it colapsed. He was later honored more than once at the White House for his heroism.

3) He never filed a claim for the victims compensation fund, which he helped to create, even though he would be entitled to collect money.

4) Other than President Bush and Dick Cheney, he was the only witness interviewed behind closed doors by the 9/11 Commission. All other witnesses were interviewed during regular public hearings.

5) His testimony is not mentioned at all in the 9/11 Commission report.

So then why do you guys think he would lie?

blondboinsd 12-18-2006 02:59 PM

I'm not saying he is lying, but I did say you can convince yourself of everything

Quicksilver 12-18-2006 03:02 PM

Actually the quote could be. No matter who you are "DON'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU THINK." ;)

Lol :p

If he was the head custodian and worked there for more than 20 years, wouldn't he have noticed large bombs tied to the foundation? I'd think those things would be rather difficult to hide, let alone install without anyone seeing. If it was a conspiracy, perhaps he was part of it then...

I don't think that a custodian goes cleans around the foundation of the building. The foundation of a 100 floor skyscraper is far below the basement and is way underground.

Also, there are 14 other people who worked with Rodriguez who have all verified his story. None of them were called to testify before the 9/11 Commission. Only he was, and his testimony was given behind closed doors.

What reason (or excuse) can you come up with for that?
