The IT guys at my company are pulling their hair out too. Although there was a lot more hype and planning around Y2K, this seems even worse. I just wish we could stick with DST year-round. The getting dark at 4pm crap nearly puts me in the hospital every year...

My demeanor changes dramatically with the changes. I truly suffer from Spring fever, It's almost like being a little kid knowing summer vacation is on it's way. I lose my mind. The world is right when it stays light until 8 or 9 pm :rofl: When we change back the other way I'm miserable.

I feel exactly the same way. I almost broke down and tried the light therapy this year as the winter damn near killed me. I wonder how well that really works. I've seen the treatment lights range from around $100 to maybe $600 or $700 bucks. Anyone have any experience with these?
