Are you really that big that your not comfortable in an M3??

I am 5'11 215lbs. and I sit quite comfortably in my Pcar.. Give it another chance.. Especially if it's not your daily driver !

Yeah, B, I have tried the M3, old and new, the leg and hip and shoulder and headroom, all conspiring against me. I test drove a Boxster S, a '95 air cooled Carrera, and an M5 over the Spring, the M5 was the only one I really felt comfortable in. Shame too, cause the guy who owns the local BMW shop lets me drive his E46 M3 and I really love it.

I'm 6'4" and about 290 wearin' 38 or 40 waist and 52 long sport coats. My choices are limited. Even when I shuck quite a few pounds (as I should do cause I ain't chasing down QB's anymore), I've still got that big-boned frame and I'm double-screwed cause I've got the long torso. I should ask some of the Wizards who modifies their seats in their rides. Years ago, Manute Bol (7'6") had his Alfa Spyder modified so he could drive it.

Did a cursory read, but they avoid mentioning car Weight and,
of course, mpg. I realize no one is buying this car, at any trim&motor level for an econ. car, but I suspect the weight and real world stop&go mpg will be a bit of a damper for Mr&MrsMidAmerica when they go shopping for that "4 dr sports car." Jes'my 2cts. I remember fondly, the Chargers of the late '60s.
They, like most big block Mopars, were Very hard to get by on the ol'Woodward Ave. BR,md

Thanks for that link, MD! Dodge claims near 50/50 distribution, but with it being so similar to the 300C, it'll likely weigh 4300 pounds.

De nada, Senor...one of my 4 bros'n'law has a Magnum w/regular Hemi; he gets about 10ish around town, (north Joisey), and 16-18 in very careful highway driving. That, imo, is The prob they'll have moving cars of that lineage. Once the early acquirers have bought the first year or year & 1/2's run, it will be hard to move 'em.

For you Big Hemi fans, that's probably not a big concern. :)

No head in the sand here, but oil is 60ish and going north=fun gas prices again. And, the US consumer seems to be acutely sensitzed to fillup prices vs his bottle water price, lol!

I do see your point however. Good luck with the Hemi.

Juan

You know how the rep of American cars has been lately, Juan. We all get used to the interior and fit & finish of the X and while some of us hope & pray Detroit will get it together, fewer of us are holding our breath for that to happen.

I've heard September before the dealerships start pricing the SRT Charger, and if I end up getting it, I'll fill the gang in for sure.
