Yep that'll do it, just remember that the bottom of the labtop acts like a heatsink, so that cooler will help :) yea and clean the dust out with a blower.

My new MacBook with an Intel 2GHz core 2 duo processor and 1Gb of Ram generally "peaks" at ~ 60 degrees Celsius.

And you probably don't even have the fan hack installed... Which makes it run, much much cooler...
