+ the AWD drivetrain

Even with that power, I really can't justify paying that much for that car...

Which is why, much to many people's dismay, I'm interested in seeing which engine makes it into the next CTS-V before pulling the trigger on an M5 or M6 (that, and horror stories of the SMG). If they drop in the LS7, as most people seem to think, you have 505 HP and 470 tq. You feel that torque down low way before you feel HP at 8000 rpm.

who's dismayed, your BMW dealer

them, and friends who think I should get an M-car. the neighborhood i live in is a bit snobby, so most of my neighbors too (a couple of them have amg's, and think that's the only car that matters). so, naturally, i park the car in the driveway as opposed to the garage.

when possible, i put blocks behind the back wheels, and put the front on jackstands too. i was reprogramming the pcm one time, and left it up for 2 days. i had to sleep on the couch for a couple days after that one, though. wife is not as easily amused as i am by that sort of stuff.
