Maybe the Opus Dei of the DaVinci Code is not too far off. Forgive me if this next statement offends you, but I've always thought the Catholic religion to be more a Church of Man, rather than Jesus and God. If it works for you, fine, more power to you. The fact that more people have been killed in the name of "God" than any other causes, tends to make me skeptical of most religions. From what I've seen, religion is often "selectively" used, with only the parts favoring someone point of view used to justify their actions, while contrarian parts are ignored.
