I went to Audi on Saturday, drove an S4 and an A4 after talking to the sales guy about the S5. It just didn't work for me. Sure the S5 is a totally different car, but I think I'm going to wait until I can test drive one before plunking down an order....

I also want to wait to drive the 335xi as a comparison....

So basically I'm in a holding pattern is all, no biggy.

I still might, haven't driven it yet, but they're expecting 1 in in a few weeks so the sales guy said he'ld call me when it came in.

you should be driving the RS4 if you can. It has the new more rear-wheel biases AWD which will be similar to what's in S5. If you can't find one, drive the S4 avant as that is a more balanced car than the S4 sedan.

that's exactly the problem, the front wheel drive bias, hopefully it's more rear wheel biased, because i absolutely hate the feeling of being pulled by a front wheel drive car and the torque steer. I'm just a rwd kind of guy :)

Heading to local BMW stealer on Saturday to talk about the 335xi coupe.... sales guy i spoke with today said that they have 6 build spots available, and I could have the car by november. He also said that he can discount the car, and that was without me asking.

If I can get $35k for my Z16, and get the 335xi for say hi $40's, i'm looking at an out of pocket of maybe ~ $15.

stay tuned....
