350 is the annual fee for the platinum card ... how many days is the buyer's assurance program good for? If I got my iPhone around July 10, is it still valid now?

Dam what a sour apple Steve Jobs is. Now I need to return my iphone and get a new one. Thus to save big dollars. You think the great reps at Apple would just apply me a credit. I do think this crazy price drop is kinda soon; just to sell more iphones and yet to piss off the loyal Apple consumers. :(
