yet another person who tries to speak about something he knows absolutely nothing about. They've come a long way and don't forget who is controlling their QC now...

You need to encode your MP3's at an appropriate bit rate...if encoded high enough you cannot tell the difference.

I agree, the E Is in it's final year (2009 is a new Gen) so I feel it stands just as good a chance as any car at being reliable, they have had 6 years to work out the bugs and from the owners I have talked to it's a pretty solid car

Bottom Line, my BMW is not reliable, the only other car I like is the 5 but they can't seem to design it safe enough, and safety is important to me

The A6 has rock down a well resale value=sucky leases as well as even more questionable reliability, I feel the Benz is a safe bet

enjoy your Mercedes .... I think you'll be back to a BMW in no time .... I told myself I would never buy another Mercedes because of their reliability ....

The Mercedes-Benz SL-class was the top-ranked "Premium sporty car" and the E-class was the top-ranked "midsize premium car." The Mercedes-Benz S-class tied with the Audi A8 as the top-ranked "large premium car."(JD Power)

do like what i did, buy 07 honda civic and use it whenever your bmw/mb/audi/whateverunreliablecar breaks down. i know you wont look good in a civic, but hey it gets you to point b from point a and you know its not going break down in a day while your other car is in for service.
