I always laugh when people say that they own their home. For 95% of them, stop making the payments and they'll find out who really owns their home.

The troops who are "protecting" me are stateside.

The ones overseas are doing one or more of the following:

1) protecting the financial assets of a few large corporations

2) aquiring new assets for those corporations

3) making a good justification for handing out large no-bid contracts to military contractors

The video repeats the theme "if you don't have the money, don't buy it". I personally know dozens of "homeowners", and not one has ever done that with regard to purchasing their home. In fact I know very few people who have done that with regard to their car.

So, those of us fighting for your freedoms overseas are not protecting you whatsoever? Kiss my ass! You get your pansy ungrateful ass in a uniform and do something good for this country instead of just bitching about it for once! As soon as we abandon Iraq you watch how quickly the terrorists devote their efforts to another attack stateside. I'm so sick of you liberals slamming us and everything we've sacrificed for the freedoms you take for granted. You liberals are the last ones that would ever do anything to ensure the continuation of freedoms you have so in my opinion you have no right to minimize what I and so many others have sacrificed for you and your cronies. Shut the hell up and push your B.S. agendas in another country.

I can just imagine what would be going on here at home if we weren't fighting the fight "over there" but instead sticking our heads in the sand as if nothing ever happened. If Eric had been President during WWII we would all be speaking German, Italian, and Japanese right now. The 9/11 incident was the equivilent of Pearl Harbor for us. It's a fight that we cannot ignore and must win. Whatever it takes.
