Just talking about the court system but how can you convict someone, anyone for lying if they say "I did not knowingly use performance-enhancing drugs? :confused: That is unless someone says they told you what they were......... Guess we will all see.....

debatable. Hard to say if the atmosphere around which you were taking "things" should have alerted you to their legality. It's like a cocaine dealer giving you a bag of 'flour' and telling you to hold on to it ;)

They had a hard-on for him...the feds don't play games they would not have taken it to grand jury unless they could prove their case...only a matter of time until we see him in a different kind of pin striped uniform.

Your saying he will pay for taking steroids? I don't think so. He being indited for lying not steroids. I seriously doubt this is going anywhere.

I got to say, I do love how Bonds defenders can come up with..well anything.

What was he lying about?? Oh yea taking STEROIDS!!! The reason why he was inditded all stems from him taking steroids, Am I the only one who is getting this????

Yea, gotta love the 'not unusual for an athlete to gain weight' comment

....funny how they didn't mention the other gains - from size 10 ½ to size 13 cleats :confused:
