I REALLY hope so. If you commit a crime and own up to it under certain "themes", aka you admit killing the girl. Alright, you work a deal to not get killed...but then they find the body and you didn't just kill the person but mutilated them? There should be a regulation that allows you to then toss the agreement.

Lawyers can put anything they want in an agreement if both sides agree. Obviously in this case, if the prosecutor had demanded such a clause in the agreement, the defense attorney would never have agreed after consulting with his client. Agreements are only good if both sides agree to them.

Just shoot the f-ker now, its easier.
