Ran across a Suffolk Country cop on the LIE about exit 62 yesterday afternoon with the dreaded laser gun. I was doing a good 85 in the center lane, moving up fast on an X5 3.0 doing about 75 in the left lane. Good fortune was shining upon me however. I was at the right angle where the cop couldn't get a clear shot at me from the center of the road--that 3.0 was blocking me. The V1 started to sing and I hit the brakes and slowed enuf that I was safe.

Moral of the story is, beware Countys on the roads with lasers!
