I dont have this menu.

On mac it is under preferences, and then advanced.

This fixed it for me

Since moving to Firfox 3, I dont have a cursor when editing a post and cant cut and paste copy when editing posts...it is very annoying!

This is the ONLY forum I have issues with.

I have found out how to fix it! (Hopefully this isn't a repost)

Whenever that happens (it's usually because I click the screen too early while loading), press the little "A/A" that's in the upper right corner of the reply box. The cursor appears when it is not highlighted.

If you want a more detailed explanation, PM me.

You can edit your default editor by going to the Edit Options screen in your User Control Panel - http://www.xoutpost.com/profile.php?do=editoptions . It is down near the bottom. The conflict with Firefox 3 appears to be associated with the WYSIWYG editor (my personal preference)

rastaFarai 06-19-2008 08:21 AM

that seamed to have worked. Thanks! If/when this is fixed let us know.. Guess full WYSIWYG would be better.

FF3 really is faster though. I thought the 2-3 times faster was just marketing. but from the moment i started the browser, it was flying. I'm running it on my Linux laptop and XP desktop. I actually downgraded back to 2.0 on the linux because of the X5world issue LOL
