Unfortunately, when I tried it on a PC, it was slower than Firefox 2.

Firefox 3 seems slower than Firefox 2 though :( Have to do more testing on that --- don't want to have to go back to Internet Explorer. Just noticed that rastaFarai thinks that Firefox 3 is faster than Firefox 2 :dunno:

That would be interesting since Lilly said it was 10x faster then IE. Guess you'd have to see what they bench tested it on.

ok...it seems to be working now for me...but when I went in user CP to change it, nothing seems to have changed. ( I stil have the a/A in the right corner)

Oh, and I would say that FF3 is at least 3x faster than the old one, and 2x faster than Safari. It's blazing.


edit: nevermind, new issue. When looking at any screen except a thread on the site, when I try to scroll down using the arrow keys, it brings me to the bottom of the screen. While in a thread, they will either do nothing or bring me to the bottom. Kinda annoying.

I find that this is the case as well! :confused:

Hey... just installed it myself. Initially there was no cursor in the "Reply to Thread" dialog but after I set "Use cursor keys to Navigate within Windows" everything seems OK.

Opps... that is until you try and EDIT a post and its all screwed-up... No Cut/Paste... no control of where the new text goes.

Yup... its an X5world issue... just went on another web forum and it worked just fine... still faster than Safari though.

The "three-finger-swipe" does not appear to work ANYWHERE either!

The other forum was using vBulletin version 3.0.7 if that info helps.
