Thanks MD. We toured the Okanagan wine region for a few days 10 days ago, and did about 105 km on the bike between visiting wineries and eating too much. This past Saturday we did 150 km straight, averaging 25 km/hr, and then we did a quick 30 km this morning. Summer has arrived! |
