As a proud member of the "Vast Right Wing Conspiracy", I think it is inappropriate for the Google people to do this. I wouldn't like it if it had Kerry there, either, before someone flames me on this.

Bush has seen a lot of challenges in his Presidency. I am very thankful he is there instead of Gore or Kerry. Is Bush perfect...not even close, but niether one of them would have been able to handle 9/11 or the war in the way Bush has. You may argue if the war is right or wrong....but never the less...congress voted for the war and all that goes with it. They had the the ability to prevent it if they really thought it was the wrong thing to do. We never hear the press say things like that. We also never hear that Bush has the same access to intelligence that the rest of congress has...so they saw the same things he did....and still voted for the war...
Dont blame Bush...blame Clingon...a...I mean Clinton for not nailing Bin Laden when he had the chance years ago. |

The Google people don't do this. Others do this, either by manipulating web searches or unintentionally providing a lot of page links based on certain phrases.
If you do search Google on the word failure, the second listed site is actually Michael Moore's. This is likely the same sort of manipulation at work. The explanation is here: http://googleblog.blogspot.com/2005/...g-failure.html I may not be a fan of the current US president, but let's not cry out 'liberal conspiracy' just yet, it is simply the google search engine at work. |

Of course the intelligence engine we are talking about was carried over from the Clinton administration. 911 happend only 9 months after Bush came into office. The intelligence he received was from the CIA and other government agencies that Clinton had staffed or ripped apart. Again...more things we dont hear about in the left wing press. We all talk smack about which side is better. Both sides are equally guilty in doing the wrong thing because they pander to the politics and not to the people. When Katrina hit, the Mayor of N.O. and Governer of LA. spent more time trying to protect their political careers than trying to save people. Its really sickening what politics in this country is doing. I have one simple solution....TERM LIMITS
