He should have done that the next morning after "the life saving effort by his wife, pulling him over two rows of seats"... Maybe he'll blame his rehab/pain meds, in combo with his floozie addiction. ;) |
Still, some of the "surprise" at Tiger's behaviour is puzzling to me. I've met a few professional athletes in the past. And they've told me as far as the groupie/woman situation goes: That if you take your wildest dream, it is another 2 steps beyond your wildest dreams. That while it takes some work for the 99.9% NON-pro athlete population to score a "hottie", it's even harder work for these athletes (married or not) to FEND OFF the hotties. If a pro athlete wants to stay faithful to his spouse, he is constantly SWATTING away models, strippers, show girls, etc. on a daily basis, no exaggeration. These women are extremely "goal-oriented" and aggressive. An envious position to be in for most guys, for sure. And by no means am I making excuses for Tiger's behaviour. Just saying that like many other superstar athletes he took the path of least resistance. And that path kept him very busy:thumbup:.
As for those judging him by role model status, I've never been one to buy into athletes or any other public figure being a "role model" for kids or anyone else. Role models should be parents, siblings, or others that you know on a personal level. Tiger does one thing exceptionally well: he plays golf better than anyone else on the planet. Nothing else. I did not realize that golf superstars are supposed to have lower rates of infidelity??:dunno: Still, there are 2 good things to come out of this: 1) Confirmation of the "No matter how hot she is, someone got tired of tapping that" mantra. And 2) lots of high-def photos of bolt-on mods. As for the preaching and the "shock", there should be less of it IMO. Any woman that marries a top pro athlete needs to know what she is getting herself into. No matter how drop-dead she is, she's gonna have LOTS of very aggressive competition. And while Tiger may not be the "angelic role model" that so many have tried to elevate to greatness, I take issue with those who held him to a higher moral standard based on his one very specific skill set: Golf. |

How about the simple notion of being a role model for his own children? |

I wonder how many of the 9 are really telling
the truth. Maybe some are looking for their 15 mins of fame and some sort of paycheck? People will lie for a lot less........:dunno: |
10 tips Obama can learn from Tiger Woods...
Some tips that Golf Digest seems to have over looked:
1. Never teach your wife how to use a driver if you plan on cheating on her. 2. Always hell Four when hitting your ball into a gruop of golfers playing ahead. Or is it 5, 6 … 7 for the number of woman that Tiger has had affairs with? 3. Some times it is not about hope and change, but leaving with the girl ya brought to the dance. 4. Be careful what’s on the teleprompter, and your cell phone text messages. 5. Some times a whole in one is not the best thing in the world. 6. President Obama, you are not allowed Mulligans. Okay guys and gals...you can add to the list! :) http://images.huffingtonpost.com/gen...1/original.jpg |
Uh oh, something bad is happening, I hope it's not his wife.
WINDERMERE, Fla. -- A rescue call was made early Tuesday morning to Tiger Woods' home, according to Orange County fire officials, but it's not known who was taken to a nearby hospital. Orange County firefighters went to Deacon Circle in the exclusive subdivision of Isleworth at about 2:35 a.m. after authorities received a medical call from Woods' home. A woman was seen minutes later being taken into Health Central hospital in Ocoee on a stretcher. |
