Our '01, Looking Pretty Good...
 

The Ol'Beast is looking pretty good for 8 1/2 yrs old and, 76k miles.
A wash and a quick Zaino re-do, and she is ready for the road.
Wish I could regain that cosmetic luster, as easily...:rofl:

Where do you take it for maintenance, and indy or the dealer? You have a 3rd party extended warranty correct?

I'm considering buying out my lease at the end due to potential high mileage, but I'm concerned about maintenance and repair costs.

The X still looks new. It'll be a few more weeks before I can do the spring clean on ours. I heard we got more snow back home.

Thunder: I haven't been near a dlr since the oe warranty expired several years ago.
For the few repairs the past 4 years, I take it to my Indy in Asheville...
I did have ext warranty by WD, but that also expired, and I never got my money's
worth out of it, as I had one or two tiny repairs during that time.

It could go Kablooey tomorrow, but it runs very well, still looks like a starlet,
and replacing it does not cross my mind. This ol'X is maybe a close 2nd to the
"best car" I've ever owned, or A2.
