Looks Great...Apple and the iPhone has me upgrading every release. Each one being much better than the last. I'll pre-order mine and already have the 3GS sold.

If it was a leak, then it's the dumbest one I've ever seen. In any case, leaks involve marketing departments, not corporate counsel. Gizmondo received a formal letter from counsel requesting it back.
