how did you setup your email? you probably went with the default to never delete your messages (pop3). on imap, by nature you are working on the server so its sync'ed realtime. if corporate email, Good does an amazing job of corporate pushed email that is secured very similar to how BB BES does it.

i never trust spell check since it will sooner or later change a word to something else that i never meant it to be... if its that important, re-read it several times before sending it. if it's not important to have correct grammar/spelling the other party will know what you meant anyways...

Interesting. I have always looked for places that don't have a no-questions return policy, since any place that does so has to build the cost of that policy into the selling price. I don't like paying for a benefit I won't use, as I tend to research purchases first.

California has a 30 day trial period for cell phone service.

Not sure it is worth the effort to return it.

It is probably the best phone that Verizon offers right now.
If I return it I get hit with a $35 restock fee. My old phone died so I need something. I will probably keep it for a year and then get the new I-Phone.

Most states have some kind of return policy 7 to 30 days.
