My BB died so I got a Droid X.

It fast and lets you surf the internet but has no spell check.

Anyone else with a Droid X?

There are many people with Droid X smartphones.

I just ordered up a Droid X. Coming from an Iphone.
Any issues with BT connectivity?

It linked with my 535 XIT no problem but it still did not bring over all my 2,000 contacts.

The phone is fast but it lacks polish. It does not really link with with my Mac and I have to spend considerable time finding settings that should be easy to find. The tow biggest issues is that it does not have spell check for email (yes you can get a app) and it does not delete the emails from the server. It is no BB with regard to email.

We will see what the 2.2 update archives but if your phone is working I would wait until 2011 for a I-Phone with Verizon.

What is the camera size. I hear it comes with 5MP and 1028 ratio for video?

I had the DX since 07/15 ....... coming from BB tour & HTC TP2 (win 6.5) the android os is just so much more refined and advanced..... the emails speed is actually very quick, i could not see the difference between the BB, and when u delete the emails it will get deleted from the server......... so far i luv the 4.3 screen for navig. and streaming the web..... i have used the 8mp camera and the HD video to record some softball games and all the coaches were amazed @ the quality of pictures & video from a night game..... don't need to carry my panasonic camera anymore..... the battery will last full day w/ some heavy usage, i could talk for over 8 - 9 hrs before it dies......:thumbup: the apps for iphone are effected also.......
