hmm... Not really.

No mayo, no cheese, or trans fats. The potatoes were cooked on a griddle using Canola oil. Bun is toasted dry.

Owner grinds chuck (usually 80/20) and adds leaner sirloin to it. Probably ends up equal to a 10 oz steak.
