Burger thread

Here it is...Gourmet Magazine's best burger in USA. The Bobcat Bite in Santa Fe, NM.

Hand ground chuck and sirloin, mixed by the owner to his visual inspection. Hand shaped 10 oz pattie.

Looks tasty. Mmmm, grilled onions and cheese. Pass on the lettuce - it's better in a salad on the side.

But I'd rather have two smaller burgers than one gigantic one. I like to get all the ingredients in every bite without the risk of choking to death.

Under the new ObamaCare that burger will be illegal and the restaurant would be fined or closed down.

I think some New Orleans bars should respectfully hold the title for heart attack burgers... a brief description will tell all. stuffed, deep fried burgers

I get mine stuffed with sharp cheddar, bacon and mushrooms.... then it is deep fried and slathered with melted pepperjack cheese and sauces on top.
