The seller should know that this transation only favores the seller. That being the case after bringing that to his attention and the fact that you do not know him, he or she should be willing to accept another means of payment that will protect both of you. If not then I would find his motives suspect.

The seller only has 11 feedback responses, beware, Bozo. If the seller has a bank account, he can set up a PayPal account in no time. My 83 year old deaf Chinese neighbor has a PayPal account, shady if the seller doesn't have one.
