No, with iCloud why do you need Dropbox.
Dropbox and Hallmark(cards) got served with iOS5.

What if you use Dropbox to share documents? I can see the benefit of iCloud with one user sharing amongst iOS 5 devices but you can't share with others. For example, my wife shares files by sending a Dropbox link.

Why do you need iOS when you can have an Ice Cream Sandwich? ;)

And did you see the specs on the new RAZR & Galaxy Nexus:

Just one man's opinion but the market is saying Android phone more than iPhone too.

The biggest problem Apple has, IMO, is they can't move as fast as many companies competing against each other on an open platform. Bigger screens, more RAM, expandable memory, LTE, open market for apps, physical keyboards for those that like them: Apple fails on all of these counts.

:iagree: ...and no HDMI interface, VGA front camera.....This will become a bigger issue for Apple as time passes. The competition has a new phone every 3 months. Now that Google owns Motorola mobility, competition will get fierce. We will see better Google phones. I know some people who moved over to Android after iPhone 4S was announced.

iCloud might be good for Mac users but it's NOT a good solution for Windows users. I'm going to stick with my Outlook, iTunes with USB connection, and Dropbox solution.

I had to go to a lot of trouble to remove iCloud. All my Contacts had to fixed -- the info in them was sometimes duplicated; sometimes even tripled!

I've had so many errors from WiFi synching to my Windows (iTunes Win7 x64), that I've even turned that off too.

I am only doing pics in the iCloud. A delayed iOS release and still quirks.

iCloud and Dropbox can co-exist. You can managed your files on Dropbox. You can't manage files on iCloud.

It is great to have Dropbox on all your Macs, PCs, iOS devices.

GoodReader is a must have if you read lots of documents (PDF, .doc, .xls, .ppt, .txt, etc.) You can pull docs to and from Dropbox.

But the security on Dropbox sucks. I won't put my files there. Box.net is better.
