I visited a porn set a couple months ago for research that I am doing for a feature film. It was pretty hard core..

Before Viagra, Cialis, etc, the treatment for Erectile Dysfunction involved injecting a small amount of a medication directly into the penis, using an insulin syringe. It works fine, but most folks are a bit squeamish about such an injection. Obviously not your porn star friend.
