Actually Mr.Palmnut, get your facts straight. TommyX was the original creator. I picked up where he left off, and I used to post the comic strip when I was a member of RF. I simply resurrected what I used to do at RF. Now if you are trying to start a flame war here, you won't be as successfull as you may be at RF. We don't put up with that here. With that being said, enjoy our most informative forum :thumbup: .

Then please provide a thread link to a post where Alpina22 shared one of the original comic strips and I will retract my statement. Fair enough? The fact does still remain that I was doing comic strips for quite a while at RF Here's an example from July of 2002 LINK ), and just resurrected it here. Personal attacks will get you banned here, so try and keep your posts mature without the name calling btw.

Greg, you know that I know the deal, providing a thread link is not the point or even needed, concerning posting mature content its hardly anything but.
Alpina22 was the originator not TommyX, what you use to do at RF was simply follow.
I think you know that both of those guys are part of the core Eastmeet crew and I happen to know who did what first.

I wish I could take credit for being the first on this but Palmnut is correct, Alpina was the first with the modified cartoons. Although I was the first for many mods and ideas, this was most definitely not one of them. I did have a few funny cartoon comebacks but that was about it. Sorry, no links to the 'toons since they provided entertainment value only.

I always believed in giving credit where credit was due. A perfect example of this would be the SuperGreg Ashtray Mod. There was never any mention of the originator of the idea or of the first to actually perform it. Even when I performed this mod on my X, I gave credit to the "person" who did this first, I just couldn't remember their name. I used this as an example and did not intend on singling out anyone. This is just one example of many for me.

Too many original posts/mod/ideas have either been whitewashed, rewritten, or just outright stolen because it all ties back to Roadfly. This is my opinion; take it for whatever value it offers you.
