BMWNA "Customer Relations"...absence

I was perusing posts on that other board, BeamERFest, and I
noticed a response to a prob. by someone from BMWNA Mutha.

While my opin of the BMWNA Customer Relations, (having had
3 direct encounters with the "help gang", to little avail), is jaded,
I do wonder why we never see "them" on this Board?

One would think they at least prowl/read here...but, I've never
seen any posting of "help" or, "contact us", etc.

Jes' wondering...any opins or comments?

i'm not sure about this forum, but i know they lurk on bimmerfest. i had some concerns about how my dealership handled a TSB a couple of months ago and posted about it in the ask-a-dealer section there, and a rep from BMWNA replied to my post and called me about it. he took my feedback and sent me a few things as well. at first i was worried that it was a scam, but he already had all of my contact information (cell number, home address) and had the service records for my X3, so he was legitimate. i also verified that the phone number he provided me was indeed to BMWNA in new jersey (and that he was an employee there).

it was just nice to know that they thought the issue was important enough to follow up with me and pass the feedback on to the dealer...

BMW customer relations does know about this board and they do visit here but don't have official vatkens presence. With more BMW forums here(X6, V5) added, and more members, eventually they will come.
