bulletin board

What about a bulletin board forum? Kinda like stickies but in a
forum context. This could be where repetative threads, questions
could be gotten to easier than a search, but not like a article
or stickey. For instance all the angel eye threads would be one
thread on the bulletin board. Most peeps can't or don't search well
and this might eliminate the redundency and band width.

We try to put the common items on the home page for easy search and reference. Some ideas are being tossed around behind the scenes about doing some site revamping, but no firm plans at this point.
