I don't think it is possible but it may be a good idea to filter members list by country.
If I want to sell something there is no point in putting it to everyone as most people on this forum appear to be from the US.
I wonder if there is a way to advertise something but only to the users from your country or area.
For example if I want to sell my wheels and there are 10 users from France I can just PM those people to see if they are interested.

Just a suggestion.
