Smilie test & Pic test...
I get this, as a no post:   This error (HTTP 403 Forbidden) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the website, but it does not have permission to view the webpage. For more information about HTTP errors, see Help. Found a shrunken pic, under 371 kb...I used to put up pics larger than that, via Manage Attachments Box. No smilie, not a big deal, but...

Logged out, cleared cookies, logged back in...
If I try to quote LM's post, with his smilies, I continue to get the 403 error. I ain't alone on this glitch, reading other posts.

I haven't been able to post a picture or use an emoticon for some time. Yesterday I could attach pictures again. Today I can use an emoticon. Things are looking up

OK, basic editor with text box works, but the smilies are not available and I had to enter the codes manually for images.
Now, with Basic editor and extra formatting: I can see the smilies, and image icon. Lets try:
