Send me a reminder and I'll post you a copy of my disk (if you are interested in the CD version) I don't have a DVD of Australia.

I'm overseas, back after Christmas, so please send a reply after Christmas and I'll remember to do it for you.

;)

Hi folks:

I don't believe you will find copies of Navi maps on X5World. The site doesn't support the distribution of or copying of copyright software. It's against the law. :)

Where are those links?

I have version 12 at the moment and i think it was done at the start of 2006, so it is still a little outdated

The Version 12 disc in australia will work on all Nav systems because its a CD

I think its a rip of that the bmw dealer will charge $500 for the software and they call it a dvd as well. (stealership)

The Dvd versions are for the US and the Euro

My Nav Version:

PS: does any aussie have the RDS working on their X5 widescreen Nav system? ??? Im in melbourne and it does not work.

KiwiJochen 12-20-2006 01:32 AM

RDS works on the radio, not the nav

Are you saying no radio stations in Melbourne are using RDS?

KiwiJochen 12-20-2006 01:33 AM

PS: we have about 10 stations in Auckland using RDS
