I sold my old MK3 navi and I was talking to the byer today and he have an MK2 before he was upgrade to my old MK3. I ask him if he have se some problems with the guiding and he told me that road he is driving every day to get home was no problem with guiding but when he put in the MK3 he got the text Correct dest guidance not possible .

You can try to decrease map database release to disable some map features.

I can tell you people that yesterday a was able to get guidance in a "non guidance possible" area the text was on the monitor and the voice and arrows was guiding me inside the "non guiding possible" area. I was then driving outside this area and the text on the monitor disappeared. When I was going back into the non guiding area it stops guiding. I have tryed today to do the same thing but it is not working anymore. So if it could guide me one time the map cd must be fully digitalized and the bug is in the software from Bmw. Its ´strange that they bother by making perspective view instead of fixing old bugs?

I found out what I´m was doing when the guiding works for me. I was going to the route magnet menu and press the button for set I get guiding in non guiding area. That menu with route magnet are only available when you have put in an address an push the button för guiding. When you put in the selektor knob you get a menu and if you scroll down you find route magnet. It only guide me with voice now the arrows dont work but the first time I got guiding the arrows worked.
