Looks awesome, Unlocking the TV... niiice!

Having never messed with the IBus so far, are you or any fellow IBus-philes able to say if the s/w will work with the the interfaces supplied by reslers.de ( http://www.reslers.de/IBUS/ ). If so v5 USB or just v4 serial.

Your hard work is very much appreicated!

Cheers
-Steve

Yes it works well with Dresler's interface. I have his USB device and connect it to the CD multichanger cable in my X3.

I've successfully recoded a Mk4 Nav and the central Languages to UK, ES, US.

Can somone kinldy post a picture of the resler device connected to your CD multichanger ?

This would be gratefully appreciated by all members.

To be clear, I have no CD changer in the X3 but instead connect the cable to an IcelinkPlus - the female CD change harness plug pushes straight onto Dresler's device +ive, ground and ibus

That's a great write-up, but I have no idea what he is talking about when he says:

"1. You have to make sure you have the drivers installed for the circuit. They allow the card to emulate a serial connection."

Huh? Doesn't anyone understand this part?
