Problem with MK3

Hello,

I have a problem with a MK3 computer, I think the lens is broken but I'm not sure.

First it had SW 3-1/60, I changed the languages with NavCoder and put a V24 Mode2 in. Nothing happend and the CD just eject himself, also with a V17 Mode2, V30 Mode2 and a Map CD. Every CD I put in, the MK3 puts out.

What's the problem?

The CD doesn't go round. What's the problem?

I Think I throw him away:nanana:

Is there power on the unit? Any lights?

I don't want to sound like a smart azz, but why does everyone try to upgrade their nav software when the dealer will do it for free:dunno: let them crash your system so that they can foot the repair bill.....Phil

Yes, the unit has power. The light burns and I have a 'Insert software CD' screen.

I can read system parameters and can code it with Navcoder, but when I try to put ANY cd in, he just puts it back out.

How can I do that? With a 'cleaning cd' or must I open the computer?
