Problem with MK3

Hello,

I have a problem with a MK3 computer, I think the lens is broken but I'm not sure.

First it had SW 3-1/60, I changed the languages with NavCoder and put a V24 Mode2 in. Nothing happend and the CD just eject himself, also with a V17 Mode2, V30 Mode2 and a Map CD. Every CD I put in, the MK3 puts out.

What's the problem?

I don't want to sound like a smart azz, but why does everyone try to upgrade their nav software when the dealer will do it for free let them crash your system so that they can foot the repair bill.....Phil

Because the dealer won't do it for free.

Yes, the unit has power. The light burns and I have a 'Insert software CD' screen.

I can read system parameters and can code it with Navcoder, but when I try to put ANY cd in, he just puts it back out.

How can I do that? With a 'cleaning cd' or must I open the computer?
