The original antenna position is at the rear of the parcel tray under the parcel tray lining. Lots of room for a magnetic antenna there.

Are you sure you want an SMA connection? I've never seen a nav that uses one.

Bob is right. The nav uses SMB, not SMA

Size. SMA is smaller diameter connector to SMB. SMA and SMB cannot connect directly to each other

You can buy an SMB to SMA adapter, but it would cost around the same as another GPS antenna...

I ended up getting a SMB and its all working thanks. Can you get antenna cable extenders as its not long enough to reach my rear tray :(

Also im having issues with the navigation voice, check my latest thread :(

You can purchase custom-made coax cables from many shops

In my home country you can order them online, whatever length, cable type and connectors you need. Cheap and professionally made.
