E90 highspeed chase in Houston the other day...

Just wondering if anyone caught this on the news or watching the "BREAKING NEWS" live. Was a pretty cool chase until the end... just glad no one was badly hurt though it could have been a lot worse. Still, when ya see a car flying at you the wrong way, move and get out of the way... and don't tell me there's no time to react

Still sucks though, but very very good chase and some sick moves. I spent about a good 90 minutes watching it the other day... yeah, I know... don't I work or have a life

Anyway, if people haven't seen it, I'll dig up a link for the last minutes of the chase.

SWEEEEET... they have the part with that dousche in the white truck. He totally got OWNED by the e90. What an idiot trying to get involved. Have to admit, even though what he did was wrong, that guy could drive.

The guy definitely knows to drive a BMW although one wrong move and he lost the wheel. Why was he running away?

Never found out all the details, but supposedly the police were called to respond to a "domestic disturbance." Where that video picks up is about 1.5 hrs into the chase. It went on for a good 45 minutes, was called off, then resumed again.

The guy seemed well dressed. Wonder what was goin on. Did anybody else notice the turn signals automotically run on when the car got hit? I'm sure the other saftey stuff kicked in too: fuel, battery cut, doors unlocked. Nonetheless, the guy and e90 both drove well.

I love how the helicopoter camera follows the gray Toyta for a while then has to pan like five cars ahead to finally find the bimmer....

I must be really warped but everytime i hear some high speed chase they say it is going so fast.... 100mph... seriously.. 100mph doesn't seem fast at all especially in the m5 or the S4... haha..

and they sai the 330i is soooo fast.. LOL!!

it does not feel fast in 4.8 either.
