Most of the time around here, I leave it off because it's hard to maintain anything over 80-85 anyway....there are always fools who go slow in the left lane .

I use to set it at 80, then it kept going off and it gets annoying. So now I just drive with it off and keep my eyes on my rear view mirror.

Yep. A radar detector should only supplement scanning the road yourself. Even though we have one built-in, I'm always lookin out, have escaped 2-3 occasions where i was 90+ and got hit by laser.

Yeah, wtf is a speed warning??? Whether I was driving the X5 or driving the M3, my natural cruise always seems to be around 80. Don't know why, it just is... foot angle, lead foot, the car made me do it...

I need a V1... bad.

100...got tired of hearing it at 80 (always late for work) so bumped it up. I sure should look into getting a radar detector soon...

Having it set there is one thing. How often you hear it is another...

I don't have mine set. It would sound like a Vegas casino if I did. I tend to go a little on the speedy side.

BTW, surfing the Net on my iPaq via WiFi sucks. It's better than nothing but it still sucks.
