Spending TOO much time on X5world

had a dream last night that my pano roof was leaking big time

btw - crazy thing happened to me on saturday night. i was out at a very fancy dinner party, talking to a gentleman about how to save the world when my hair caught on fire from a candle that was on a table behind me. it was totally nuts - the whole party attacked me (my head, rather) to put out the fire. funniest thing is that my date had gone of the room to get our coats when the whole thing happened, so when he returned to the room, all he saw was a bunch of uppity ladies beating up on me!

i can laugh about it, because even though witnesses say there were flames about 4ft high coming off of my head, honestly, you can not tell that anything happened. i have very long thick hair - which is both the reason why it caught fire, and probably the reason why it isn't at all noticeable.

thanks 4 letting me share

erin

Did you have some sort of product on your hair? Gel, spray, or something? If so, I would guess that burned, but the fire was put out before you burned. Very lucky that you didn't. Those are very unpleasant injuries.

Now, as to that very odd comment....What can you possibly mean "TOO much time on X5world"?? There is no such thing!

Wow. Glad you're Ok and can joke about it. I didn't think hair was all that flamable.

Were you drinking Pepsi and doing the moon-walk at the time?

i don't use hair spray, or gel - just use a glossing creme to keep it shiney. hair is pretty flamable, you'd be surprised! it could have been awful, thank goodness it turned out to be a very funny (and embarrassing scene).
