They actually interviewed a grower who sells roses to both flower shops and grocery stores here in LA and she said that aside from size, the quality of the roses is about the same at both the expensive flower shops and the ones you get at the grocery store. These would probably be the ones I would pay more for if they glowed red for the novelty of it. Don't know about glowing green though.
