thanks for the advice and the sit im going to italy again in Sept and i am going to look into this. If it checks out allright i am going to do it. Sounds good but i just want to make sure the hotels they put you in are up to par first

D, You're welcome...if you do it,
let us know. After a day(s) of ripping through the countryside in a Ferrari, I personally wouldn't be too picky on the 'tels; as long as a good bistro w/Bevs was within walking distance. That's our only req for trips: decent rack, shower and good eats & Bevs that one doesn't have to drive for. BR,md

Did Tuscany in a 2 week trip that worked like that: agency carries your luggage and all you have to do is enjoy the scenery
 I was on my road bike though, so it wasn't quite as fast... But it's a perfect pace to enjoy Tuscany which is  like an all-day 360 postcard
