I'm trying not to think about the fact that little girls grow up. Mine is in kindergarten and all the boys are already following her around like puppy dogs. I may have to seriously reconsider my stand on gun possession in 10 years.

I am very proud of her, but it's the hand of fate and weird genes that brings us what we get! I have a long time, (31 yr), best friend back in the Motor: retired ex-cop, blue collar, heart of gold. He married later in life and his daughter is now 12 and a freakin knock out! She could pass for 16 or 17 in my day...he has his hands full and I suggested he put his "collection" away to avoid trouble. The boys hover like bees around the hive.
