Speeding through Paris

Don't know if this has been posted before.

If not, check out this video of a Ferrari speeding through downtown Paris.

Guy was lucky he didn't kill someone, or himself!

Wow!! That is incredible! It seemed like he would be passing some of the cars faster in relation to how the engine sounded...maybe it was the film speed. I was getting nervous when the car came to intersections and I didn't know which way we were going to turn or if we'd make it....Good stuff!

Nice vid. almost reminds me of the getaway in Stockholm vid. except on this one there were no police chasing the Ferrari. I would like to see the driver (even though he was a profesional F1 driver) attempt that maybe arround 10am, it would be impossible, hence the vid. was shot early in the morning before streets were busy.
Good vid. though

Claude Lelouch (born October 30, 1937) is a French film director, writer and producer.

Born in Paris, Lelouch won the Palme d'Or at the Cannes Film Festival in 1966 for Un homme et une femme (A Man and a Woman), as well as two oscars including best foreign language film. The 1981 musical epic Les Uns et les Autres is widely considered as his masterpiece.

Lelouch is known for making movies based heavily on improvised dialogue.

He was arrested after his 1978 film, Rendezvous, featuring a Ferrari 275 GTB being illegally driven at speeds approaching 140mph through the streets of Paris, was first shown publicly.

Recent claims made by the director himself, however, suggest he drove his own Mercedes in the film and dubbed the sound effects of a Ferrari 275GTB. Several independent groups have verified that the car in the film never reaches past 140kmh(85mph).

It would seem some people got 140kmh mixed up with 140mph i guess easy to do. but still a cool vid

I believe that, however for a vid. that is old it still made me beleive it was a Ferrari on the streets.
