and, Senor Juan, being so modest, doesn't pop up many pics of his joint. Here's a driveway, side shot, (the lake and his dock are down a steep hill right behind there), and a front view of Ft King Juan. The boat is an '04 SeaRay 220 SunDeck. 22 footer (23.5 if you count the swim platform) with an I/O Merc Cruiser 350 V8 and an Alpha I drive.
