Help Re LCD TV problem !!

Hi, all

Need some advice, i bought a sharp lcd tv lc32p50e 2 months ago to cut a big story down , basically it was returned to there service centre 10 days ago becuase it had about 15 dead pixels... ( In Perfect Condition)
They agreed to change to lcd unit in the tv for me but had to get one from sharp direct which would take a few extra days (so they said).
I recieved my tv back yesterday but low and behold it is not my tv, when i opened the box i noticed scratch marks, scuffs and finger marks all over the tv and the lcd screen has got a scratch on it !!!! I then checked the serial number and that confirmed it is not my tv totally different one....
So basically they have sent my another tv in such poor condition, i want some advice because i cant call them back untill tuesday as it as a bank holiday weekend in the uk.
What would you do ?

Please help
Cheers Clive
