Teeth Whitening...

This is something that I'm sure everyone is self conscious about. So I was wondering what people have used that worked? Has anyone tried teeth whitening at the dentist? How much does that cost?

After discussing with my Dentist, I went with ACP bleaching trays for three reasons.
1) You have the option of Day or Night bleaching at home.
2) You can bleach as often as you would like.
3) With light systems, you need to sit in the dentist chair for a couple of hours and is more expensive. However, if you want an immediate change go with one of the light systems.

That's my opinion anyway. Good luck

I had mine professionally done in the office here In San Diego and I really like it, I had them done for my 16th birthday the same time I had my nose done (it was a plastic bday lol!)

Get trays made up at your dentist's office. I found a local dentist that offered a new patient special that included x-rays, cleaning and trays with whitening supplies for $160.00. Great deal. A Zoom whitening kit (syringes only) costs about $40-$50. This will get you 8-10 shades whiter. I also did the light process when I lived in CA. It's very expensive ~$500, but it does work much quicker.

There is better system than Zoom system which is call britesmile. And trays might work for somebody. Whitening system works best.

DO NOT go with the bleaching system from anywhere. those trays molded for your mouth are horrible. I have not tried the laser whitening, but I do know that the bleach kit put cracks throughout all of my teeth and they are still sensitive to hot and cold. Its been around eight years since I did it. Not worth it
